If you are interested in more active pursuits, the Streatham Ice Rink will be re-opening in 2013 revamped as a state-of-the-art rink along with a new leisure centre and swimming pool and you can visit Streatham Common. 

Streatham Festival held in an array of locations, from bars to churches and parks to youth centres, takes place In July and attracts over 3,000 people who come to view the work of local artists, musicians and comedians.  You can also visit the Sunday Streatham Green Artisans’ Street Market and purchase local foods, farm produce and crafts.
