Birmingham is set to be one of the fastest growing economies by the end of this year according to a recent report by Irwin Mitchell

HS2 is the UK’s new £106 billion ultra-fast railway and Birmingham will be at the heart of the project. Few other cities will benefit from the HS2 quite like Birmingham will. The first trains, operating out of Birmingham’s new Curzon Street station, will see the fastest trains in Europe connecting the city to London in just 49 minutes.

As the city continues to see a growing housing shortfall and demand for property continuing to increase, Birmingham is set to see one of the strongest house price growth in the county with up to 20 % over the next 4 years.
